Real Estate Litigation Solicitor – Birmingham - 2–5 PQE | Top-Tier National Firm. We’re partnering with a standout national firm to appoint a driven Real Estate Disputes Solicitor into its thriving Birmingham team. This is a discreet search for a lawyer who wants more autonomy, bigger clients, and genuine progression.
The Opportunity
Step into a specialist property litigation team where you’ll handle a sharp mix of commercial real estate disputes—think lease battles, development fallouts, complex rights issues, and strategic enforcement matters. You’ll work directly with a recognised practice leader and senior litigators who are genuinely invested in your development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own varied contentious property caseload
- Jumping into heavyweight disputes alongside senior lawyers
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing matters through to hearings and mediations
- Getting exposure to development disputes, landlord/tenant issues, boundaries, covenants, and possession work
- Playing a real role in client relationships, BD activity, and team growth
What We’re Looking For
A sharp, commercially minded solicitor (approx. 2–5 PQE) with solid property litigation experience. You’ll need confidence, attention to detail, and the drive to move your career up a notch within a high-performing team.
