Company X is at a pivotal moment. A global leader in the SaaS space, they are embarking on a high-stakes transformation to become a truly product-led organisation. We are looking for a visionary Product Owner to join this new chapter. This isn’t a "maintenance" role; this is about building new things from scratch, integrating cutting-edge AI, and teaching the organization what "doing product properly" looks like.
You will be at the forefront of our transformation, reporting into a leadership team hungry for change. Your focus will be twofold:
- Zero-to-One Delivery: Lead the discovery, prototyping, and launch of brand-new products, specifically leveraging AI innovations to solve long-standing customer pain points.
- Onboarding Transformation: Own the strategy for our global client onboarding platform—removing friction, driving time-to-value, and creating a "gold standard" first impression for our users.
- Drive Product Culture: Act as an evangelist for modern product management. You will help establish the ways of working (discovery, hypothesis-led development, data-informed decision making) that will define our new product-led era.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, and sales to move away from "feature factory" thinking and toward outcome-driven roadmaps.
- Global Impact: Ensure our products resonate across a diverse, international client base while maintaining a unified, scalable product vision.
The experience we’re looking for to be successful in the role:
- The "Zero-to-One" Playbook: You’ve built and launched products from scratch before. You know how to find product-market fit within a larger ecosystem.
- SaaS Expertise: You understand the nuances of global B2B SaaS—churn, retention, and the critical importance of a smooth onboarding journey.
- AI Fluency: You understand how to practically apply AI to create genuine value for users.
- Transformation Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of shifting an organization’s culture toward "product-led" thinking.
- Communication Mastery: You can articulate a "Why" that inspires engineers and aligns stakeholders.
