What You’ll Do:
- Assist with civil design projects – roads, drainage, access junctions & infrastructure.
- Support Section 278 & Section 184 designs under guidance of senior engineers.
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Learn and apply national design standards and best practice.
- Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and project teams.
- Build your skills with mentoring, training, and real project experience.
Who You Are:
- Recent Civil Engineering graduate (BEng/MEng) or near completion.
- Keen to learn and develop in a professional environment.
- Interest in highways, drainage, and infrastructure design.
- Proficient or keen to learn AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Strong communicator, organised, and motivated.
Bonus Points:
- Internship or placement experience in civil engineering.
- Interest in pursuing ICE, CIHT, or CIWEM chartership.
- Exposure to vehicle tracking or drainage software (Flow/MicroDrainage).
