Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic direction for the Embedded Programme Management team, offer mentorship and coaching, and lead the resolution of complex technical challenges across various LMR (Land, Mobile & Radio) security initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, helping to streamline processes, drive security initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects within the security domain.
What You Will Do
- Confirm installation from concept to final handover of all system components as described.
- Ensure labour, equipment, and materials are planned and executed by project-assigned installation partners to deliver a complete and operational system as specified by the client.
- Confirm planned procurement and installation of access control wire and cables unless otherwise noted.
- Oversee completion of inspection, testing, demonstration, and acceptance of equipment, software, materials, installation, documentation, and workmanship.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes are adhered to under this Statement of Work (SOW).
- Confirm project SLAs are met with security systems active by Practical Completion, as defined in a deployment tracker provided by the client.
- Ensure installation of approved equipment and any additional equipment requested by the client according to the project-specific scope of work.
- Accurately report on SLAs via agreed tools as indicated by the execution framework and PMO model.
- Create and maintain daily schedules.
- Identify and track project constraints daily.
- Escalate project issues internally and to as needed.
- Utilise and report through approved document management systems and tools (daily and weekly).
- Maintain logs for risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
Essential Criteria
- LMR technical expertise.
- Exposure to radio operations deployment.
- Minimum of 3β5 yearsβ experience in a project management position.
- Proven track record in project delivery with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Desired Criteria
- Project management experience in security or radio operations deployment, preferably in a global environment.
- Prince2 or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Experience in a logistics environment.
- Experience with construction or architectural projects.
