Are you a top‑of‑the‑pile Audio Visual / Videoconference field engineer looking for a new working environment? We are seeking a London or home counties based candidate to visit end‑user clients in the City, Greater London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fix faults (service) and perform preventative maintenance checks on client systems.
  • Diagnose integrated AV/VC system problems and resolve issues ranging from simple connectors to complex system faults.
  • Complete all required paperwork, sign off and hand it in on time.
  • Maintain a quick, efficient approach while keeping the end user client happy and informed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with audio and video along with control systems.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of DSP / Bi‑Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante, and other industry technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a professional, blue‑chip environment.
  • Currently based in the UK or possessing a valid working visa.
