  • Own automation solutions end-to-end, from design through to ongoing support
  • Use AI as an enabler, translating business needs into practical AI-supported solutions
  • Ensure automated processes are understandable, well-controlled, and auditable
  • Support integrations between systems such as ERP, finance tools, planning tools, and reporting platforms
  • Improve data structure and consistency to enable better automation outcomes
  • Support teams in adopting new tools, providing guidance, training, and troubleshooting
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for automation support across the business
  • Skillset

    • Proven experience delivering or supporting business automation solutions
    • Strong understanding of workflow automation, data handling, and system integrations

    • Ability to translate operational problems into practical, scalable solutions
    • Strong attention to detail, with an appreciation for controls and data accuracy
    • Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

    • Supportive, patient, and service-oriented
    • Practical, impact-focused, and not overly theoretical
    • Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-through
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
    • Naturally collaborative and trusted by stakeholders
    • Motivated by improving how the business works day to day

    The Benefits

    • Be part of a mission-driven, founder-led health brand
    • High-impact role with real ownership and visibility
