I am looking for an AV experience residential service engineer with a strong residential audio visual background (minimum 4 years) to manage AV projects and systems integrated into high-end homes, apartments, penthouses and beyond. This role is with a residential home automation company that consistently delivers to the highest standards. The role will be a mix of preventative service checks and updates, predominantly in London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield.
Responsibilities include:
- a mix of preventative service checks, updates, and on-site installations or servicing in clients’ homes;
- fault finding and technical troubleshooting;
- client-facing duties to ensure high standards of service;
- working with integrated control and automation systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Crestron Control
- Lutron lighting service/integration/programming
- IT home networks / Cisco (set up / configuration); Wyrestorm
- Screen / Projector Lifts
- Multi-room Audio, home cinema
- Audio Visual Racks, smarthome appreciation

- Extremely technical and strong fault-finding abilities
