ONE is a fully remote, small, high-performing team building a serious product for the TV & Broadcast industry. Our platform is used daily by major names like Fox, Discovery, Fremantle and All3Media to manage, distribute and showcase content across customer-facing websites, screening apps and internal content tools.
ONE is a large, evolving product that’s been built over years and continues to grow in scope and complexity. Real clients rely on it to sell their content and form relationships with their customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll write clean, well-structured, well-tested React and TypeScript code across our web and iOS apps.
- You’ll develop and maintain our React Native iOS application, including Apple deployments.
- You’ll work closely with product and backend colleagues to turn real business needs into sensible technical solutions.
- You’ll review code, raise standards, and help keep the front-end side of the product healthy over time.
- You’ll contribute to the roadmap, not just implement tickets.
- You’ll spot performance issues and inefficiencies and actually fix them.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
- You’ve worked with React Native in production.
- You’re solid with HTML and CSS and care about how things behave, not just how they look.
- You’ve worked in established codebases and aren’t scared of improving things incrementally.
- You can debug properly and think clearly when things don’t behave as expected.
- You’re comfortable without layers of ceremony.
Nice To Have, But Not Essential
- Experience working with JSON APIs or RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Node.js or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior developers.
- Experience working on products with real users rather than one-off client builds.
