What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll work in a remote-based role, managing and growing a defined territory of high street dental practices. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding customer accounts, increasing product usage, and creating opportunities for clients to benefit from a wide portfolio of services and solutions. This is a consultative, customer-centric sales role where you’ll become a trusted advisor to practice owners, dentists, and practice teams. You’ll be backed by strong internal networks and work in close partnership with colleagues across business divisions.
Your Key Activities
- Grow and retain your assigned accounts
- Increase client spend across consumables, equipment (including digital), and value-added services
- Use insight and data to build strategic account plans
- Build strong relationships with practice stakeholders and internal partners
- Drive new business acquisition from prospects with high potential
- Support cross-functional initiatives to boost practice performance and customer satisfaction
About You
You’re likely a motivated self-starter who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering value. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in account management and/or new business development
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Comfort with commercial discussions, including profitability and contract terms
- Experience in dental, healthcare, or technical sales (advantageous but not essential)
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales or a similar consultative methodology is a bonus
