Experience Required
Essential:- Previous experience of working in the Utilities or Streetworks sector, either at Local Authority, Statutory Undertaker or Tier one contractor level.
- Excellent report writing, communication and teamwork skills.
- People and Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain a highly motivated team.
- Confidence in and experience of meeting with internal and external clients.
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business.
- Skilled at analytical and problem solving, with attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Good level of commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business and forming strong client relationships including an ability to deal directly with clients.
- Full UK Driving licence.
- HND, HNC or higher qualification in relevant discipline.
- Project Management qualification or be working towards a qualification in this area.
- Good working knowledge of utility sector as a whole.
- Previous people management experience.
