We are seeking experienced Architects, particularly those with job-running skills, to join our growing team and work on our most cutting-edge education projects.
This is a great opportunity to be part of projects for academic institutions and end users from start to finish. You will play a large part in a small team and be responsible for a project’s entire lifecycle, from the initial design to final completion. The role involves significant client-facing responsibilities, as you will liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure high-quality deliverables while navigating complex design challenges.
Responsibilities- Project and team leadership across all RIBA stages, specializing in detailed design.
- Seamless coordination of consultants, authorities, and contractors.
- Writing and presenting clear project reports.
- Applying technical expertise from initial design through to construction.
- Ensuring project success through a strong grasp of design and construction processes.
- Upholding and advancing company standards for design excellence.
- Proficient in Archicad or Revit with experience using the software across various project stages, including design development, coordination, and documentation.
- Fully qualified ARB/Part III Architect.
- Proven experience in job running, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working on high-quality, technically complex projects.
- Strong understanding of all RIBA stages, with a rigorous approach to the technical stages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
