Overview
Pertemps Work Based Learning is partnering with a leading national training provider, rated Good by Ofsted, to recruit an Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in apprenticeship delivery and project management to join a supportive, learner-focused organisation.
The Role
As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will deliver Level 4 Associate Project Management (APM) qualifications to learners working towards their apprenticeship. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to an internal Health and Wellbeing Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training and coaching sessions to help learners achieve their APM apprenticeship qualification
- Develop and tailor learning resources to meet individual learner needs
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on learners’ work
- Monitor and maintain learner progress records and documentation
- Conduct workplace visits to support learners and gather evidence
- Continuously review and improve the quality of your delivery and working practices
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Vocational experience in Project Management
- Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Teaching qualification desirable but not essential (PTLLS, AET, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Experience delivering Leadership & Management training to apprenticeship learners
- Knowledge of Project Management standards is highly advantageous
