What are you going to do:
- Assist with personal care , meal preparation and medication - Adults, children, young people
- Building trusting relationship with vulnerable individuals who require emotional support - Adults, children and young people
- Support young people build life skills.
- Accompany all service users to appointments, outdoor activities, day centres. Children and young people - school
- Maintain dialy logs recording individuals well-being.
