The predicted salary is between 7 - 12 Β£ per hour.
Enabling Bytes to successfully deliver projects that promote the personal, educational, creative, and social development of young people, using creative ICT, assisting them to reach their full potential. This will be in line with the NI Youth Work Curriculum.
A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport that will enable the postholder to meet the travel requirements of the Job. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced Check with Access NI.
Responsibilities- Delivering a range of high-quality youth work programmes.
- Working with agencies to develop services.
- Supporting project development and implementation.
- Team management responsibility for volunteers.
- No prior youth work experience necessary as full training will be provided.
- Excellent presentation/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Commitment to the aims and values of Bytes, including the principles that drive the values and behaviours of staff in Bytes.

- Level 2 in Youth Work, or able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience working with disengaged young people.
- Experience of design and delivery of youth work projects across a range of settings.
- Demonstrable knowledge of NI Youth Work Curriculum and Department of Education Child Protection regulations.
- Working knowledge of information technology systems to include the following Microsoft Office packages: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
