The Studio Assistant will support the daily operations of Whitenoise Creative Studio, ensuring the smooth running of administrative, reception, and organisational tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced creative environment and to support a dynamic team of designers, producers, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing studio communications.
- Order and maintain office supplies, manage stock levels, and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining studio calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support internal communications, help organise team meetings and social events.
- Maintain an orderly studio environment, ensuring spaces are presentable and operational.
- Support HR and finance administration tasks such as timesheets, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Assist other departments as needed, providing flexible support across studio operations.
Skills and Qualifications

Further Information
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
