The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

This role focuses on driving the visibility of our school’s expanded services. You will lead outreach to local schools and organizations, ensuring the Omagh community is aware of our core classes, new instrumental tuition, and technical rentals.

Portfolio Building: This role offers the chance to manage a full-scale brand expansion, providing excellent material for a professional marketing portfolio.

Community Networking: You will become a key figure in the Omagh arts scene, building a valuable network of contacts in education and local government.

Strategic Input: You won’t just follow a plan; you will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table to help the school grow.

Creative Freedom: We provide the tools and support for you to experiment with different content styles, from video production to community events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing campaigns across social media, the school website, and local print advertisements.
  • Conduct direct outreach to 12 local schools in the Omagh area to promote workshops and rental services.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community halls, theatre groups, and local event planners.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials, including posters, brochures, and digital newsletters.
  • Manage general inquiries and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media management and basic digital design tools.

  • Ability to work independently to meet recruitment and outreach targets.

JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information: Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
