To provide essential administrative and organisational support and gain hands‑on experience in a busy professional office environment. The role supports the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations and offers strong skill development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, filing, and digitising documents.
  • Uploading and organising files in internal systems.
  • Data entry and updating logs and databases.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing post.
  • Maintaining office supplies and supporting general office organisation.
  • Providing routine support across teams as requested.
  • Assisting with simple correspondence and preparing basic documentation.
  • Supporting reception when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Any prior office‑based experience though not required.
  • Familiarity with document‑management systems.
  • Experience handling confidential information or awareness of GDPR.
  • Confidence using broader IT tools (e.g., spreadsheets or databases).

  • Ability to work independently after induction.
  • Basic understanding of health & safety procedures.

Further Information:

JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information: Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
