The Production & Branding Assistant supports the creation and delivery of customised branded products by operating printing equipment, preparing artwork, checking product quality, and assisting with order packing and dispatch. The role also involves working closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Operate DTF printers, heat presses, and vinyl cutters.
  • Learn basic print methods, materials, and production workflows.
  • Check finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify common production issues and ensure items meet standards.
  • Prepare artwork files with correct colours, sizing, and placement.
  • Understand visual proofs and communicate with designers.
  • Assist with order packing, labelling, and dispatch.
  • Follow organised workflows for smooth order handling.
  • Work well with print, signage, and embroidery teams.
  • Follow instructions, communicate clearly, and support a positive workplace.

Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
