Montgomery Distribution are seeking an Office Administrator / Customer Services Administrator to join the team at their site based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. Established in 1970, Montgomery Transport Group is one of Europe's leading suppliers of logistical services. The company is a privately-owned business, part of the Ballyvesey Holdings Group that has grown significantly in recent years, now providing a diverse range of Logistics Services throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team in our office based in Ballyearl.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key customers.
  • Make decisions independently, otherwise communicate with the team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work alone using own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Understanding of transport logistics industry.

Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
