We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Operations & Executive Support Coordinator to support the development and day-to-day operations of a growing group of businesses. This is a varied and forward-facing role for someone who is keen to develop professionally, enjoys working with technology, and wants exposure to real business operations, decision-making, and growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner, providing operational, administrative, digital, and strategic support across multiple areas. This role requires initiative, strong listening skills, and the ability to think ahead, prioritise effectively, and solve problems independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Responsibilities
- Executive & Business Support - Provide direct support to the business owner across multiple business ventures.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
