They ensure purchases are processed efficiently. This role involves supporting the procurement and finance processes by sending out requests for quotes, managing responses, and raising purchase orders on the internal system.
Responsibilities
- Sending out requests for quotes.
- Raising Purchase Orders on internal system.
- Sending orders to suppliers.
- Reconciliation of credit card statements.
- Helping department to complete reports.
- All other duties within the reasonable remit of the Placement Title.
- Effective upward reporting to senior manager.
- Early identification of any issues that may affect the successful delivery of the project.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
