We're seeking a dual-skilled IT and Marketing Consultant to lead our digital transformation initiative and develop modern marketing strategies for our B2B industrial products business. This role combines technical implementation (systems, databases, e-commerce) with digital marketing execution (SEO, content, lead generation) to support our ambitious growth plan.
The ideal candidate understands both the technical infrastructure needed for operational efficiency and the marketing strategies required to drive B2B growth in industrial sectors.
Responsibilities- Implement and configure customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Automate quotation processes and customer communications.
- Set up email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
- Integrate systems for seamless data flow (inventory, CRM, e-commerce, accounting).
- Build or oversee development of e-commerce capability for standard product.
- Create product pages with technical specifications, CAD drawings, and cross-references.
- Assess current technology stack and recommend improvements.
