Lush n’ Luxe is an exciting new Homeware and Textile Retail brand, supplying high-quality bedding and textile products to online customers and B2B clients across the hospitality and healthcare sectors. We are seeking a confident, energetic Sales & Marketing Assistant who will be the face of the business and play a key role in driving growth from day one. This is a hands-on opportunity to join an ambitious start-up with strong values, a clear vision, and a commitment to delivering premium products and an excellent customer experience.

Working closely with the Director, you will help grow the brand, attract and engage customers, and make a real impact as the business enters the market. If you enjoy talking to people, promoting products, and being part of something built from the ground up, this role offers genuine responsibility, learning, and the chance to grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively supporting sales and marketing activities to grow the Lush n’ Luxe brand.
  • Engaging confidently with customers and representing the business professionally.
  • Supporting Online sales across the website and Amazon store.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activity.
  • Supporting B2B sales activity and customer outreach.
  • Handling day-to-day retail administration, including invoicing and receipting.
  • Supporting Online and physical order fulfilment.
  • Preparing monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Assisting with monthly stock-takes and stock management.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a growing retail business.
  • Carrying out other reasonable duties expected within a sales and marketing role.
  • Any other duty as assigned by your manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
  • Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Must be aged 18 or over and legally entitled to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or retail.
  • Experience with customer service, social media, or online selling.
  • Interest in homeware, textiles, or lifestyle products.
  • Smart, curious, and keen to learn.
  • A good eye for attractive, decorative, or well-designed products.
  • Ability to recognise quality, style, and what appeals to customers.

Further Information:

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
