We’re seeking a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Digital Content Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interior design, home styling, and storytelling through digital media. You’ll play a key part in shaping our brand presence online by creating engaging visual and written content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Capture and edit photos and videos of staging projects for digital use.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and blog.
- Develop brand-aligned marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media insights, trends, and engagement metrics.
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the staging team to generate behind-the-scenes and transformation content.
- Help plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; Canva or Adobe experience desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
