This is a part-time JobStart opportunity within a growing e-commerce business. The role will support the day-to-day fulfilment and customer operations of Wild & Free, a premium outerwear brand. The successful participant will gain hands-on experience in order fulfilment, stock management and customer service, while developing transferable workplace skills including organisation, email communication, accuracy and time management. The role is based on-site and provides structured on-the-job training, regular feedback and employability support to help the participant progress into future employment.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately for dispatch.
- Processing returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.
- Weekly stock counts and basic inventory management.
- Supporting customer service by responding to customer emails clearly and professionally.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy fulfilment workspace.
- Following processes and quality checks to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
- Supporting the introduction of simple systems and processes to improve fulfilment efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer and email skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow processes.
- Ability to support a small team.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing or customer service.
- Familiarity with basic stock handling or order processing.
- Interest in e-commerce or online retail.
Further Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
