Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate material flow to prevent production delays and ensure continuous operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
