The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, delivering, and analysing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role includes content creation, social media scheduling, SEO optimisation, and performance reporting. Trainees will develop foundational marketing skills through guided training and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Create branded content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Schedule and manage social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Conduct basic SEO tasks including keyword research, metadata updates, and content optimisation.
- Track campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and brand development.
- Support the wider marketing team with administrative and creative tasks.

Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
