This is a supervised entry-level role designed to support day-to-day business operations while allowing the participant to develop practical workplace and technical skills. The role will provide structured learning across different areas of the business depending on operational needs and the individual’s progress. The position is focused on skill development, employability, and gaining experience in a technical retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with researching and documenting product and technical information.
  • Supporting preparation of product descriptions, FAQs, and internal documentation.
  • Assisting with basic website and digital administration tasks.
  • Supporting operational record keeping and organisation.
  • Assisting with low-risk customer or technical enquiries using guidance and escalation procedures.
  • Supporting general day-to-day operational tasks under supervision.
  • Taking part in training, reviews, and skills development activities.
