The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

The Business Development Executive will become an integral member of the team. They will support the existing staff to continue to deliver exceptional vehicles while equally delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead on the company's marketing both online and offline;
  • Lead with customer interactions ensuring they have an excellent experience at AC Motors Direct;
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the organisation;
  • Assist with the finance operations of the business;
  • Assist to ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standards;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and chase potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on company standards and business fit.
  • Present and promote the company's vehicles to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns or issues promptly.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
  • Recommend and develop strategic approaches to gain competitive advantage.
  • Identify new market segments and develop tailored strategies for entry.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and client engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE's (Grade A-C) Including Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • ICT literacy.
  • Social Media Experience.
  • Proven track record of working within a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working within the motor industry.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
  • Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
