Salumeria Mariuccia is an Italian Delicatessen, searching for a team member to join us in delivering a top level and authentic customer service experience. You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic role, with your main focus on front-facing customer service, preparing food and drinks (including coffee), maintenance of the high levels of cleanliness on the premises and supporting with stock management.
Responsibilities
- Morning set-up duties - cleaning and food preparation.
- Customer service - greeting customers, taking orders, explaining our menu, helping customers select retail items, resolving issues etc.
- Cash and payments handling (including card payments and gift vouchers).
- Food service and preparation.
- Preparing drinks - tea, soft drinks, coffee and specialty coffees.
- Working in line with food hygiene policies.
- Maintaining daily hygiene checks - recording, and checking.
- Stock management and rotation.
- Supporting cost management within the business.
- Evening clean-up duties - dishes, floor and surface cleansing etc.

Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
