The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 Β£ per hour.

Assist with the daily running of the office. Duties include answering the phone, emails, filing and general administration assistance. Goods in/out along with other duties as required within a busy office. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and eager to learn. You will be part of a team supporting the day-to-day operations across administration, stock handling and customer service. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Managing email correspondence and answering and forwarding emails.
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases.
  • Support with routine tasks.
  • Packing and despatching preparation.
  • Stock checking and labelling.
  • Goods in and out.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • English and Maths (C or above GCSE).
  • Professional phone and email manner.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
