Assist with the daily running of the office. Duties include answering the phone, emails, filing and general administration assistance. Goods in/out along with other duties as required within a busy office. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and eager to learn. You will be part of a team supporting the day-to-day operations across administration, stock handling and customer service. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Managing email correspondence and answering and forwarding emails.
- Updating spreadsheets and databases.
- Support with routine tasks.
- Packing and despatching preparation.
- Stock checking and labelling.
- Goods in and out.
Skills and Qualifications:
