THE EMPLOYER IS: INNOVAFLEX LTDWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital design. The successful candidate will assist in creating digital graphics, supporting marketing campaigns, and developing essential design skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.We are offering hands-on-training and mentoring from supportive, experienced designers, while building a professional portfolio and gaining real-world experience. We are also providing support for the following: product training, communication training, marketing materials and CRM training.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating digital graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other online platforms.
- Support the design team in producing visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Learn to use design software and tools to create professional-quality graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Help with simple editing, formatting, and preparing graphics for digital use.
Skills and Qualifications
- Interest in graphic design and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Creativity and attention to visual detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and develop professional skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions from senior designers.
