We are offering an opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant / Sales Advisor. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural confidence on the phone, and wants to build real, practical experience in sales.
The position focuses on engaging with customers from our existing enquiry and customer database. These are not cold calls. Customers already know our company and have previously expressed interest in our products. Your role is to follow up on those enquiries, answer questions, explain options clearly, and help customers move confidently towards a decision.
In addition, you will respond to enquiries received through social media, email, and phone, and attend customer meetings when required. You will receive full training on our products, systems, and sales approach, ensuring you are well prepared and supported in the role.
