THE EMPLOYER IS: FORE FATHERS LIMITEDSwingtown Golf is an indoor Trackman Simulator lounge based in Springtown in Derry/Londonderry, we have 4 state of the Golf Simulators as used by most PGA tour professionals and were first to bring this technology to the North West allowing our customers to play from over 450 courses from all around the world and a series of fun games for all the family. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the facility on a day to day basis, including the set up and calibration of the Trackman bays each day ensuring that all required hardware and software are functioning as required, full training will be delivered for this aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers upon arrival, showing pre booked customers to their bays.
  • Using the booking system for over the phone bookings as well as walk-ins. All bookings must also be recorded on an internal paper log document.
  • Cash handling and till operations along with processing customer payments via a card terminal. Full training will be provided for this.
  • Ensure that all bays are neat and tidy and ready for the next customer.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Working with the public.
  • Knowledge of Golf or an interest in golf swing mechanics.
  • Familiarity with Trackman Launch Monitors.

JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
