The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

We are a busy events company hosting events in Belfast, Dublin and Glasgow. We currently have an opportunity for an Events Assistant / Administration Support. You will assist in the day-to-day planning of our events and offer administrative support.

This position is based at our office on the Boghill Road, Newtownabbey. We are not located on a public transport route, so access to your own transport would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and the public.
  • Updating our Social Media pages.
  • Creating promotional graphics.
  • Event costings, planning, organisation, set‑up and research.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Great telephone manner.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in managing Social Media advertising.
  • Previous administration experience.
Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
