The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support for the wider team to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Raise/Process Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all documentation is correct and contains the necessary information.
  • Monitor, confirm, and track progress POs as required, liaise with both internal and external suppliers and chase overdue orders when necessary.
  • Keep systems updated to reflect the accurate position on all live/completed orders.
  • Develop excellent relationships with the relevant customer contacts and liaise directly with them on any day-to-day issues.
  • Deal with customer enquiries or problems quickly and efficiently, providing acknowledgement of communication, within 24 hours, where the query cannot be immediately resolved.
  • Liaise closely with all internal departments to ensure projects relevant to the contracts you are responsible for are progressing.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility.
  • Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in an administration or customer service role, demonstrating planning and organising skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with previous experience working in a team environment, building solid working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include PowerPoint and Excel.

Further Information

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
  • Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
