As a Yard Person / Storage Person, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment. This includes tasks such as power hosing, arranging and managing storage areas, and ensuring everything is kept in good order. You will also operate machinery including forklifts and tractors, assist with feeding cattle, and provide support to clients when required. This role requires attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive approach to keep the yard tidy.
Responsibilities
- Keyholder responsibilities.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Passing information to senior staff.
- Ensuring a smooth flow of goods in and goods out.
- Arranging stock and storage areas.
- Ensuring health & safety policies are upheld.
- Yard cleaning and tidying, including power hosing.

Further Information
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
