We are seeking a detail-orientated finance assistant to support the day to day financial and administrative functions of the business. This role is ideal for an individual with an interest in finance or accounting, who is looking to build a long-term career. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience and be supported to develop their skills as the business continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recording of financial transactions.
- Processing invoices, receipts and payments.
- Supporting payroll processes.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Supporting VAT preparation.
- General finance and administrative support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and follow financial procedures.
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good organisational skills.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Familiarity with accountancy software 'Sage Cloud'.
- Basic understanding of accountancy principles.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
