We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operations of our estate agency. The successful candidate will help to ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative, customer service, and marketing support to agents and management.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries.
- Maintain and update property listings across internal systems and online portals.
- Schedule appointments, viewings, meetings, and diary management for agents.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, tenants, landlords, solicitors, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
- Assist with marketing activities, including property advertising and social media updates.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ID checks, contracts, records).
- Assist with basic financial administration if required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (estate agency experience preferred but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Use of property management software.
Additional Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
