Support the safe, clean, and well-maintained operation of Mainstay DRP buildings through routine estates and facilities tasks.
Responsibilities
- Carry out visual health & safety checks (fire doors, signage, exits).
- Assist with waste, recycling, and stock management.
- Support basic grounds and external area upkeep.
- Report maintenance issues using checklists or digital tools.
- Prepare rooms and spaces for daily use.
- Carry out task-based, repetitive routines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
