The Recruitment Administrator supports the recruitment team by coordinating administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. This role ensures a smooth and efficient candidate experience and helps recruiters manage high volumes of applicants, interviews, and documentation. Full training will be provided, so this role is suitable for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming applications and screen CVs for completeness.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, documentation requirements, and next steps.
- Conduct reference checks and collect compliance documents where required.
- Post job adverts on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and trackers.
- Support the creation and distribution of recruitment materials.
- Assist recruiters with daily tasks and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Liaise with internal departments such as HR, payroll, compliance, bookings and hiring managers.
- Manage general inbox queries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all candidate files are complete and compliant before onboarding.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Track required certifications, expiry dates, and background checks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and high-volume workflows.
- Ensures accuracy in documentation, data entry, and candidate records.
- Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
