The Compliance Officer ensures that all candidates meet the required regulatory, professional, and organisational standards before they are cleared to work. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality, safe, and fully compliant staffing. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Compliance - Collect and verify all mandatory compliance documents (ID, right to work, qualifications, references, etc.).
- Candidate Compliance - Conduct DBS checks, occupational health checks, and professional registration verifications.
- Candidate Compliance - Ensure all candidate files meet regulatory standards before approval.
- Candidate Compliance - Track and monitor expiry dates for mandatory training, DBS, immunisations, and professional registrations.
- Documentation & Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records in the internal system.
- Documentation & Record Keeping - Upload, review, and approve documents following company guidelines.
- Documentation & Record Keeping - Prepare compliance reports for internal audits and external inspections.
- Communication & Support - Liaise with candidates to guide them through the compliance process and explain required documents.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
