The Client Outreach Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, managing outreach activities, and supporting the growth of the business pipeline. The role involves maintaining CRM accuracy, conducting targeted lead generation, and proactively communicating with potential customers through email, phone, or digital channels. Trainees will receive full training and work under supervision to progress into an executive role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update client data in the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot).
- Conduct lead generation using digital tools, market research, and data sources.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, prioritising leads and tracking progress.
- Execute outreach campaigns through cold calling, personalised emails, and automated sequences.
- Produce outreach activity reports using CRM dashboards, Excel, or Sheets.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in client communication.
- Support the wider sales team with client insights, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Attend training sessions and contribute to process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Competent computer skills with ability to learn CRM systems.
- Experience in customer service, call centres, or retail.
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems (HubSpot).
- Familiarity with complaint-handling processes.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Previous experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or administration.
- Familiarity with email automation tools (Lemlist, Mailchimp).
- Understanding of digital lead generation.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
