Position is responsible for assisting the head coach/lead coach with organising the Soccer programme at the assigned school/centre/holiday sessions and events. Position assists with conducting practices, motivating children, and assisting with instructing football techniques.
Responsibilities
- Coaching soccer, primarily to young people.
- Engaging in a professional manner with all young people, parents and colleagues.
- Preparing and maintaining equipment.
- Planning and preparing sporting sessions.
- Attending meetings of all coaching and management.
- Ensuring young people have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Satisfactory Enhanced ACCESS NI check before starting.
- Support team working.
- Some knowledge of sporting benefits to individuals, families and society.
- Sense of community.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Level 1 IFA Coaching badge.
- Knowledge of Google systems.

Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
