THE EMPLOYER IS: SALUMERIA MARIUCCIASalumeria Mariuccia is an Italian Delicatessen, we are searching for a team member to join us in delivering a top level and authentic customer service experience. You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic role, with your main focus on front-facing customer service, preparing food and drinks (including coffee), maintenance of the high levels of cleanliness on the premises and supporting with stock management.
Responsibilities
- Morning set-up duties – cleaning and food preparation.
- Customer service – greeting customers, taking orders, explaining our menu, helping customers select retail items, resolving issues etc.
- Cash and payments handling (including card payments and gift vouchers).
- Food service and preparation.
- Preparing drinks – tea, soft drinks, coffee and specialty coffees.
- Working in line with food hygiene policies.
- Maintaining daily hygiene checks – recording, and checking.
- Stock management and rotation.
- Supporting cost management within the business.
- Evening clean-up duties – dishes, floor and surface cleansing etc.
