Overview
The role involves providing administrative and sales support, including managing daily office tasks, preparing documents using Microsoft Excel and Word, and responding to queries.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with sales administration such as organising and following up on property viewings
- Helping to prepare brochures
- Assisting with valuations and viewings
- Greeting customers, answering queries and taking messages for senior members of staff
- Booking rental viewings and updating the diary
- Upkeep of the window display and light housekeeping of the office
- Filing and other administrative duties

- Understanding of Data Protection rules and discretion

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week
