Overview

The role involves providing administrative and sales support, including managing daily office tasks, preparing documents using Microsoft Excel and Word, and responding to queries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with sales administration such as organising and following up on property viewings
  • Helping to prepare brochures
  • Assisting with valuations and viewings
  • Greeting customers, answering queries and taking messages for senior members of staff
  • Booking rental viewings and updating the diary
  • Upkeep of the window display and light housekeeping of the office
  • Filing and other administrative duties

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Data Protection rules and discretion
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the area
  • Driving licence and access to own car

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week
  • Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach
  • Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability
