The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.

As a Creative Project Administrator, you will support the Project Manager with a range of day‑to‑day administrative tasks that help our creative projects run smoothly. This role would suit someone who is confident speaking on the phone, organised, and happy to work with different people. A good level of English and basic computer skills are required. Experience using Excel or Google Sheets is helpful, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination Calls – Making and receiving phone calls to organise project activities.
  • Filming Schedule Booking – Booking contributors for filming based on the provided schedule.
  • Record & Document Management – Keeping records updated, maintaining spreadsheets, and organising project documents.
  • Email Communication Management – Sending, receiving, and managing general project‑related emails.
  • Planning & Logistics Support – Assisting the Project Manager with crew bookings, casting opportunities, and other logistics.
  • Procurement of Creative Materials – Ordering costumes, props, equipment, and other project supplies.
  • Team Reporting Assistance – Helping prepare simple reports or updates for the team.
  • General Project Support – Assisting with additional project tasks as needed.

  • Strong Communication Skills – Confident speaking on the phone and writing clear, professional emails.
  • Organisation & Time Management – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage schedules, and keep projects running smoothly.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring records, documents, and bookings are accurate and up to date.
  • Basic Computer Literacy – Comfortable using email, files, and standard office tools.
  • Spreadsheet Skills – Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (training will be provided).
  • Problem‑Solving Ability – Able to handle unexpected changes and find practical solutions.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration – Works well with a variety of people, including project teams, contributors, and suppliers.
  • Adaptability – Able to switch between tasks and support different project needs.
  • Professional Phone Manner – Friendly, clear, and confident when making or receiving calls.
  • Willing to take initiative and support the Project Manager wherever needed.
  • Experience in Creative or Production Environments – Familiarity with film, media, or other creative project workflows.
  • Intermediate Spreadsheet Skills – Comfortable with formulas, filters, and organising data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools – Experience using software like Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar tools.
  • Basic Scheduling or Coordination Experience – Previous work involving booking people, rooms, or resources.
  • Procurement or Ordering Experience – Understanding of sourcing suppliers, ordering materials, or managing budgets.
  • Document Formatting Skills – Ability to create neat reports, summaries, and well‑organised documents.
  • Customer Service Background – Helpful for handling enquiries and communicating with contributors.
  • Creative Interest or Awareness – Interest in film, photography, design, or storytelling.
  • Multitasking Skills – Ability to handle several small tasks efficiently and without losing track.
  • Driving Licence – Useful for collecting props, equipment, or supporting location logistics.

JobStart Opportunity – Working Hours Information – Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week – Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach – Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
