As a Sales, Marketing and Business Retention Associate at Cinchortho Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth strategy by connecting our specialist orthodontic products with dental professionals. This position is a 6-month opportunity that provides a deep dive into B2B (business-to-business) sales and digital marketing. The core objective of this role is to act as a bridge between Cinchortho and the orthodontic and dental community, ensuring that practitioners are aware of our latest products and that our existing clients feel supported and valued.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust database of potential and existing clients, using digital research tools to find and organise contact information for dentists and practice managers. Simultaneously, you will drive our brand's visibility through a multi-platform social media strategy. This role is ideal for a candidate who is both data-driven and creative, someone who enjoys the challenge of "the hunt" for new leads while also having the flair to manage professional accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Through this placement, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), online marketing and data analysis on social platforms and professional content creation for the dental sector.
Responsibilities- Identify and research potential new leads within the dental and orthodontic sectors to expand the company’s client base.
- Carry out introductory calls to dental practices.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing content for social media platforms and email newsletters to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage business retention.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate lead and client information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials for industry events or client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to the management team.
- Professional Communication: Confidence to engage with dental clinicians over the telephone with a clear and helpful manner.
- Digital Research: Ability to search the internet to extract and verify accurate business contact information, keep up to date with competitors, research new business opportunities or product developments.
- Social Media Literacy: Practical knowledge of using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for business or promotional campaigns.
- Written Accuracy: High standard of literacy for drafting professional client emails and social media captions.
- Resilience to handle cold-calling.
- Comfortable using the internet as a research tool.
- A strong, practical understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is essential, understand the different "tones" of each platform (LinkedIn posts require a more professional, clinical approach while an Instagram post can be more visual).
