The Front of House team member / Level 1 Coach will help provide a clean and welcoming environment for players and guests. You will also deliver engaging and high-quality Padel Coaching for both individuals and groups at a beginner level. Training for Level 1 badge to be carried out with Powerhouse Padel.
Responsibilities
- Front of house customer service.
- Deliver coaching sessions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make bookings and handle payments for sessions.
- Plan and organise high quality coaching sessions.
- Be able to administer basic first aid if required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience coaching or sports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and coach individuals and groups of all ages.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Basic IT Skills.
- Experience in tennis or other racket sports.
Further Information
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
