As a Marketing and Administration Assistant, you will be providing administrative support to the marketing team and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media posts across platforms.
- Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Help coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on competitors and trends.
- Update and maintain website content as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies.
- Provide general support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Skills and Qualifications

Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
